Admissions Open House:
You are cordially invited to visit the school. The School periodically sponsors Admissions Open Houses. Please call the School office for details and to confirm the dates.
School Tours:
In addition to the school’s Open Houses, parents/guardians are welcome to schedule a private school tour and to visit our classrooms on an individual basis.
Please call the School office at 704-868-0003 to schedule a private tour or for Open House information.
Application Procedure:
** The Admissions process begins with the submission of a completed Application for Enrollment, along with a non-refundable application fee of $100.

** Student’s records and teacher recommendations are received from previous school or preschool.
** Placement assessments are conducted.
** Parent/Guardian interviews are scheduled and conducted.
Notification:
Parents/Guardians will be notified by mail regarding the receipt of the application. In this notification, they will receive pertinent information regarding the dates and times for the remainder of the application process.
Upon completion of the Admissions Process, the Parents/Guardians will be notified by mail of their child’s acceptance status and placement.
Financial Aid:
There is a limited amount of financial aid available through Hope Lutheran School. Upon acceptance, you may apply for financial aid by calling the school office and requesting the Financial Aid Form.
